Dr. Prasenjit Kundu is a distinguished faculty member at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University. His areas of expertise include Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Commercial Arbitration, Labour Law, and International Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.
He earned his LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of North Bengal and completed his doctoral research on ‘International Commercial Arbitration: The Challenges and Prospects with Special Reference to India’, reflecting his sustained engagement with the evolving landscape of international arbitration. His academic work has been published extensively in reputed UGC-CARE listed journals, and he is a regular contributor to scholarly discourse on arbitration, legislative developments, and contemporary issues in dispute resolution.
